Executive Committee

    The CRC 1342 is headed by a executive committee elected by the CRC members for the duration of the funding period. The commitee makes decisions by simple majority and has a quorum if at least two thirds of the board members are present. On the executive committee, the spokesperson is responsible for the administration and management of the CRC. The deputy spokesperson and the representatives of the project directors focus on the coordination of the projects, the cooperation between the projects, and on the central database project.
